Sometimes it would really be hard for them when they would not know what could be the things they must do, and being knowledgeable is very important especially in the crucial part of it.
He is also the one who meets with the designer of the play. The design is important since this would be the one bringing up the props about. Without this person, it could be hard for the workers to analyze the setting and design is somewhat really important in a sense that it gives beauty to the play.
When you want to be a good director, it does not only stop on being someone who just speaks and wanting all the things he envisions to happen. But also someone who is a good listener to whatever the members have to say. We may not know they can also suggest things which is very possible to happen.
For me, one of the hardest things that a person could do is being a leader. Because when you play this role, especially in an organization you have to do whatever it takes to get the success that is your goal. And if ever it gets failed, then you are the one who will be blamed. When it comes to being a play director you must do everything whatever it takes you so that success would be achieved.
