Medical science is not a new thing but was used by everyone since times immemorial. It has only taken various forms in due course of time. We always are confused to choose the best when we have more options in front of us. It should be kept in mind to select the right thing, available to us and based on proper guide lines, whatever the area is. This paves way for the existence of medical practice policies handbook.

Medicinal knowledge is something which everybody does not know. Hence we depend on doctors, medical shop vendors and neighbors to seek their advice. But advice from a doctor is authenticate but a paid service, which is why we go for it only couple of times when the situations are really bad.

Do not store fruits and vegetables for longer periods even if you are using a fridge. The person who grows the crop would have used pesticides and insecticides to increase yield. Then stored them in god own. The wholesaler, retailer or any other middlemen will again store for couple of months.

In Olden days, we did not have cure for so many diseases. The human death rate was alarming as they used to spread very fast with the ignorance of people. With the introduction of modern medicine, we see, now a days that most of them are cured if not at least their effect is reduced. The person or family using the drug is the best person to choose the type of treatment that is to be undergone.

In case anyone has to start anything afresh or to begin with, he or she has to get confidence to do it. For this, we need a hand holding thing. It can be anything for that matter. It can be an automobile like car, electronic appliance like mixer grinder, current to pressure converters used in industries and so on. These are usually in the form of leaflets.

When people but a washing machine or car, they search thoroughly to check the best brand, reviews, rating and so on. Whereas when it comes to medical related issues arises the problem. We should rely on authoritative resources, otherwise this act of ours may land us in trouble. At times, the effect is multi fold or irreversible.

As a matter of fact, every human being wants and needs to be healthy. Health is the key for a person to do any job, failing which his livelihood will be ruined. It actually does not matter if the subject is rich or poor, male or female, adult or children, but healthy life is a must in everyone's life. We cannot even imagine a life full of sickness or diseases for us and people around us.

Cleanliness and carefulness are two vital factors that determine the wellness of a person. Personal hygiene is itself not enough. Keeping the even surroundings neat and clean also matters a lot. Lets now know the things that constitute surroundings.

Vegan diet, vegetarian, normal and Jain are some of the very famous eating habits followed around the world. It is not advisable to starve yourself in the name of diet. Neither skipping meals nor excessive starvation is helpful. With the increase in demand for proper eating habit guidance, dietitians are available. Food guides are in plenty.
